My ambition is to produce digital services that really matter, work that has meaning and relevance to the UK and helps society. This role aligns closely with who I am, I take responsibility seriously and bring a helpful, committed attitude. I can bring my private sector experience into the public sector to make a real difference for social good.

I pushed for a virtual banking assistant in 2019 before AI had arrived and was unable to execute because the infrastructure didnt exist, hoping that now changes.

  • Managing stakeholders

    Interviewing early and bringing them along in the journey and having regular catch ups so they are part of the solution process and invested

  • Facilitating Workshops

    Running discovery and ideation workshops in small or larger groups to help uncover more information or bring out more viewpoints and directions.

  • Liaising with tech teams

    Working with tech teams on whats possible during their architecture work and incorporating into designs.

  • Directing Front End Developers

    Working with developers to ensure details in the user interface are present and correct, briefing and directing on transitions/interactions.
